Lol, do you think those Nigerian pot-bellied men have never for once thought about failing in their prediction in the common gamble of 'Baba Ijebu'? They have. In fact, they have also lost a couple of times and probably won a few times, I don't know. What I do know is that, relationships are like that, they are like canned foods too, you don't know if it is spoilt or good, at first. But with time, the hope and love you build, helps with the durability of your relationship. Yet, you must have it at the back of your mind that anything can happen and if it does, you deal with it.

At one time or the other, we all must have exhibited the characteristics of a coward but it becomes a problem when we let ourselves get stuck in the coward zone. Who is a coward? A coward is someone who lacks courage. Someone who can't stand up for something. Someone who can't stand for what he believes in. Someone who lets go at the slightest tough situation. Someone who can't express himself. Someone who can't face his fears. Someone who keeps it all bottled in. Someone who is not willing to give it all it takes and take the plunge to fight for what he wants. A potent association with a fellow like this puts you in nothing but trouble and i can assure you there are different kinds of trouble this one can put you in.

Very recently, I and my girlfriend were discussing men. Lol, yes we do that sometimes. Sue us. So, we first concluded on the qualities we would like our men to possess. And it was simply them being Fresh and Spiritual. Now don't get us wrong, fresh being intelligent enough to hold a conversation any time, someone who can wear the cheapest ankara and still make it look like it is an overpriced lace, someone who chases after his goals faster than usain bolt, someone who can be a source of inspiration. Spiritual being that someone who has a  functioning relationship with the Supreme Being. You can't have that relationship and not know how to care for a woman, how to love her, how to compliment her, or how to make her happy. Then further discussion opened our eyes to the fact that sometimes somewhere somebody is probably doing the same thing as we are, analyzing us and deciding if we meet his prerequisites and that was when it dawned on us that to have a man with these qualit...
